Welcome to Erin's Shetland Sheepdogs

Erin's Shelties began in 1988. I got my first sheltie and showed in 4-H Obedience and AKC Obedience.
Cinnamon (Jo-lyn's Cinnamon N Suagar CDX) was a sable and white Sheltie. He was my first Sheltie.

In 1990, I started showing conformation.
My first Show dog was a Beautiful Tri Sheltie ( Kaytel Perfect Design - "Desi"). Desi was co-owned with Doris Overstreet of Kaytel Shelties. Doris Overstreet has been a great mentor and freind for yrs.

I was hooked and have been showing since.
I also have shown Wire Fox Terriers. I owned and loved AKC CH Foxfarm Simply Irresistible - "Blake". There will never be one like him..
Sadly he passed away at the age of 11yr old and he took a peice of my heart too.

In 2000, My freind Rona of Purdee Shelties invited me to attend a UKC Dog Show.
I loved how all the people were friendly and just loved talking to each other.
Since that day we have been showing in UKC.

To this date We have 5 Grand Champions and several UKC Champions.

We show in UKC and AKC. My children also show in Juniors in UKC and AKC.

We invite you to browse the site, or make arrangements to visit our home. Erin's Shelties is located in Monmouth, IL.
